Use the form below only for RENEWAL of membership. New members MUST visit the office at Charnwood Indoor Bowls Club, where you will complete a membership form and pay the membership fee.

Your membership number is important, it will be on your current Membership Card. If you can't find it, LOOK FOR IT HERE.

U16    - for Junior Member (Under 16) - cost £3

HFM   - for Founder Member - cost £25

SO      - for Social Member - £4

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Preferred payment method is by Card, but you may also pay by Bank Transfer, Cheque or Cash.

Reference: your MEMBERSHIP NUMBER. 

If you are renewing for someone else the membership number must be the number of the membership being renewed. If renewing for 2 members you MUST quote BOTH membership numbers.

 

For payment method enter one of the following:

  • Card (Please call Andrew Bryan - in office)

  • Bank Transfer (MEMBERSHIP number as reference)

  • Cheque (Post or deliver to the office)

  • Cash (settle at the office over the counter)

  • If using bank transfer please use the MEMBERSHIP NUMBER  for the membership being renewed as reference. If renewing 2 memberships, both membership numbers MUST be shown in reference.

  • If paying by card, please phone Andrew Bryan at the office.

  • If paying by cheque it is best to hand it in at the office.

  • If paying cash please have the correct amount at hand.
