Free Bowls hire
Don’t rush into buying your own bowls.
We have many sets of bowls for you to try different sizes and weights.
Seek advice from our coaches and other bowlers.

Bowling shoes
Flat soft slippers or socks may be used in the short term.
Bowling shoes need to be clean with flat soles and no tread.
They can be purchased from specialist suppliers both locally and on line.
There is a wide choice and they are priced from £20.
Dress code
We ask all our members, when bowling, to wear white tops or club shirts and grey or black trousers.
Ladies may also wear grey or black skirts.
Free rink fees for 3 sessions
Whether you are new to the club or new to bowling we will issue a starter pack containing a card entitling you to free rink fees for 3 sessions, club information leaflet and a temporary membership card.
If you decide to continue after the initial 3 sessions we will allow a special membership rate of £2 for each remaining complete month left in that year.
After that the first full years membership is £25 and then £50 per year thereafter.
New members rink fees are 3 free sessions and then £3 per 2 hour session thereafter. Non-members fee is £5.50 per 2 hour session.
